Salary: £23,457 - to £24,161 pa
MultiMATCH is a 3-year EU-funded project investigating multilingual/multimedia
access to information in the cultural heritage domain. The post holder will
design and implement the MultiMATCH interface based on user-centred design
principles, carry out research and generate publications. Applicants should
have a doctorate (or equivalent research experience) in designing and
implementing user interfaces, preferably for multimedia and/or multilingual
applications. Programming skills to develop Web-based applications are
essential (e.g. Java, PHP, AJAX) and being able to speak more than one language
would be advantageous.
This post runs for 26 months from 1st September 2006.
