Haymarket Media Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Britain’s largest privately held magazine publisher, has acquired Courtenay Communication Corp.’s DM News, the leading U.S. trade publication covering direct, interactive and database marketing.
Based in New York, DM News publishes a weekly newspaper, the Essential Guides magazine supplements, and one daily and three weekly online newsletters, along with a complementing Web site at www.dmnews.com and a blog at blog.dmnews.com. Adrian Courtenay founded the publication in 1979. HAMMER_SHI
